1. Subscription Cancellation
At Bodo Okhrang, we believe in flexibility. Users can cancel their Pro subscription at any time directly from the "Subscription & Billing" section in their account dashboard.
2. "Pause" System
When you choose to cancel, your subscription transitions into a "Paused" state rather than being permanently deleted. This ensures:
- You retain access to your preferences and translation history.
- Your account is downgraded to the Free Plan limits immediately.
- You can resume your Pro plan at any time with a single click, picking up right where you left off.
3. Permanent Deletion
If you wish to completely remove your payment details and permanently cancel (hard cancel) your subscription rather than pausing, please contact us at bodookhrang@gmail.com.
