Refund Policy
Details regarding our refund process and eligibility.
1. General Refund Rules
Due to the digital nature of the Bodo Okhrang SaaS platform and AI translation limits, payments made for subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges resulting from a technical error.
- Significant, prolonged service downtime that prevents the use of core features (OCR, OkhranGPT, OkhranGTR).
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 days of the billing date at bodookhrang@gmail.com. Please include your invoice number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment via our payment gateway, Razorpay.
