1. Digital Delivery
Bodo Okhrang provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for AI translation and digital tools. Therefore, we do not ship any physical goods or products.
2. Access to Services
Upon successful payment for a Pro subscription via Razorpay:
- Your account will be instantly upgraded to the Pro tier.
- You will receive immediate access to the expanded character limits and features.
- A payment confirmation and invoice will be available in your Subscription & Billing dashboard.
In rare cases where there is a delay in the payment gateway's confirmation, it may take a few minutes for the status to update. If your account is not upgraded within 1 hour of payment, please contact support.
